What MoveInSync publishes

Their product line, in their words.

As published at moveinsync.com. Their own title reads: “World's Largest Employee Commute and Workplace Platform”.

  • Home to Office Cabs
  • Fixed Route Shuttle
  • Corporate Car Rentals
  • Intra-Office Shuttle
  • Nodal Pickup and Drop
  • Business Rentals
  • Metro Feeder Service
  • ION Workplace

The difference

One policy engine across travel and ground.

  • Where taSki differs from MoveInSync

Every product in the MoveInSync line listed publicly is ground transport or workplace. Corporate air and hotel booking is not among them. On taSki, business travel and employee transport run on one platform, one policy engine and one invoice — so a trip and a cab are governed by the same rules and land in the same report.

  • What taSki does not do

taSki does not do workplace management — desk booking, space planning or office occupancy. If that is part of the same brief, it needs a separate system alongside taSki.

  • Your operators, not our fleet

taSki owns no vehicles. Existing vendors onboard onto the Partner Suite, usually without changing their commercials, and there is no supply lock-in.

  • Or taSki as your vendor

taSki can hold the transport contract instead. You sign with taSki; taSki contracts the empanelled operators who run the trips and carries the SLA — one agreement on your side, one invoice.

Is taSki a direct replacement for MoveInSync?

For employee transport, the capabilities overlap: rosters, routing, allocation, live tracking, safety rules and billing are core to both. The difference is scope — taSki also runs corporate flight and hotel booking on the same policy engine, so travel and ground share one approval chain and one report.

Do we have to move our transport vendors to switch from MoveInSync?

No. taSki owns no vehicles and does not require you to change operators. Your existing vendors onboard onto the Partner Suite in days, typically without changing their commercials. Alternatively taSki becomes your transport vendor: you contract with taSki, taSki contracts the empanelled operators, and you hold no agreement with them at all. There is no supply lock-in either way.

How long does a switch take?

One site first. A single office, shift pattern and roster is modelled against your current spend, so the comparison uses your data rather than a generic benchmark. Most programmes take four weeks from first site to travel joining the same policy.
