Platform fee

Per active employee per month, by module and site. Inactive employees are not billed.
Trip cost

Charged at your contracted vendor rates, or ours where you use Mobility-as-a-Service.
No spend percentage

We never take a cut of the fares or rates you negotiated yourself.

What counts as an active employee?

Anyone who books, is rostered onto, or travels on at least one trip in the billing month. Employees who take no trips are not counted.

Can we start with one site and expand?

Yes — most programmes start with one plant or campus and roll out city by city. Pricing moves to the Growth tier when you add a second site.

Do you mark up vendor rates?

No. Where you contract vendors directly, you pay them at your agreed rates and pay us the platform fee. We make nothing on the difference.

How is Mobility-as-a-Service priced?

Per trip or per vehicle-day against a published rate card by city and vehicle class, with the same platform fee applied.

Is there a minimum contract?

Essential and Growth are billed quarterly with a twelve-month term. Enterprise agreements are annual with volume-based commercials.

What does implementation actually involve?

For Essential, roughly a week: policy setup, employee upload and vendor onboarding. Growth and Enterprise take three to six weeks depending on integrations.
